We at Predictum, Inc. (“Predictum”) value and respect our users and understand your concerns about privacy and security. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and when we share it with third parties. This Policy applies to any information we collect from you, including on our websites www.predictum.com, predictum.thinkific.com , and cobasekrm.com (the “Websites”) and constitutes part of our terms and conditions. By accessing our Websites or providing any information to Predictum, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms hereof. Periodically, we may update this Privacy Policy and encourage you to check for any changes.

What information do we collect and why do we collect it?

We collect information about you, including through our Websites, in an effort to communicate with you about our products, services and other matters that we believe you may be interested in. The purposes for which we collect information from you will be identified before or at the time we collect the information. In certain circumstances, the purposes for which the information is collected may be clear, and consent may be implied, such as where your name, address and payment information is provided as part of our order process. Neither your name nor anything personal about you is sold or shared with any non-affiliated company or agency. How do we protect your information?

We employ various security measures designed to help protect the personal information that we collect from you online. We take all reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from any loss or unauthorized use, access or disclosure. We have also designated an individual (“Privacy Officer”) who is responsible for overseeing this Policy. Unfortunately, however, no collection or transmission of information over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and therefore, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any such information.

You can opt out of receiving promotional email from us by indicating that preference when you register with us, by following the “unsubscribe” instructions at the bottom of any emails we may send you, or by calling our customer service line or following the links on our website to remove yourself from our mailing list.
